The need for developing Canva-based interactive learning media to improve students’ literacy abilities

This research aimed to analyze the need for developing Canva-based learning media to improve the literacy skills of Phase B students at Public Elementary School. The problems faced in the field are students’ lack of literacy skills to understand and reason, students are not enthusiastic when asked to read, after reading students cannot understand the content that they have read so they are unable to retell the content of the reading, and students appear less interested when asked. to read using a reading textbook. These problems underlie this development need analysis research. This research used a non-associative quantitative analysis research methodology. The research sample consisted of 52 people from 110 populations. The results of this development need analysis research recommend that it is necessary to develop Canva-based interactive learning media to improve students’ literacy skills.

Development of video song-based learning media on English speaking skills phase E students at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung

This research aimed to see the extent to which students are interested in learning using song videos. The development of song-video-based learning can provide more understanding, insight, and knowledge to students, especially students at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung so that students can improve their abilities. Skills their English more actively. This research method was carried out using a non-quantitative method associative. The research sample numbered 73 people from 268 phase E students at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung. Based on the needs analysis questionnaire distributed, it can be concluded that the development of song-video-based learning media was indeed very important and needed following the interest indicator of 94% in the very high category and the need indicator of 92% in the also very high category.

Wordwall interactive learning model for Mathematics subject in elementary school

This research aimed to determine students' needs in the learning process in Mathematics subjects. Data collection used a needs analysis questionnaire for class VI SD N 095/VIII Karang Dadi students. The results of the analysis of student needs showed that the interest aspect was 86% in using learning media Wordwall with the high category and the results of needs aspect were 86% in the high category. So that, the interactive learning media Wordwall can help students understand the material presented by the teacher.

The entrepreneurial spirit emerges through a long process, especially for those who do not have experience or are not used to being in an environment that supports the growth of the entrepreneurial spirit. Often educational institutions only produce students who are skilled but do not have an entrepreneurial spirit, so that in the end students are formed as workers ready to work, not job creators. Long before, in the process of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit through education, there was a process of forming an entrepreneurial spirit, namely through a process of learning and habituating oneself as the originator of character in the future. However, if it is related to the needs, hopes, and support of the government for the growth of the entrepreneurial spirit through education, then this matter deserves more attention. The following describes several entrepreneurial activity programs that management can carry out to foster an entrepreneurial spirit for students, namely through entrepreneurship-based extracurricular activities, field trip activities at traditional markets and MSMEs, and holding Bazar at school.

Development of a basic technical learning model for long jump squat style based on traditional games for students

This research aimed to develop a learning model for basic long jump techniques based on traditional games. This research’s subjects were the students of SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya Regency. The research method used model development research, Borg and Gall. The data collection techniques used the results of expert validation and tests effectiveness through experiments with statistical data analysis paired t-test. The results of research and development of a traditional game-based learning model for basic long jump techniques in squatting style for students at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung showed that the learning model for basic long jump techniques in squatting style based on traditional games is suitable for students. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the traditional game-based long jump technique learning model was effective for students of SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung, this was demonstrated by the results of the T-Test and N-Gain Score on the basic technical abilities of the traditional game-based squat style long jump which showed significant improvement.

Media development in learning needs to be done to achieve learning objectives. This research aims to analyze the need for developing LKPD media based on differentiated learning to increase interest and learning outcomes in Biology. The need to develop LKPD based on differentiated learning is an effort to overcome the problem of interest and learning outcomes in Biology which are still low among Phase E students. SMA Negeri 19 Tebo. The research method was carried out quantitatively from the results of filling in the instrument through several stages, namely observation, articles review, preparation of instruments, filling in the instrument, and data tabulation. The subjects of this needs analysis were all 27 Phase E students of SMA Negeri 19 Tebo. The result of this need analysis showed that the development of LKPD based on differentiated learning was needed to increase the interest and learning outcomes in Biology for SMA Negeri 19 Tebo students. The limitation of this LKPD development needs analysis was the limited number of research samples.

The needs for teaching media development physical education sports health (PJOK) with an interactive e-book for primary school students

This research aimed to determine the feasibility and the needs for developing digital-based teaching media in elementary schools, as an alternative teaching media in implementing physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) learning for Phase B students at SDN 13 Sitiung. This development was relevant to students’ learning needs in which students can utilize digital technology in the PJOK learning process. The presence of this interactive e-book is hoped to increase motivation and student learning outcomes and provide changes in the PJOK learning process which should be adapted to the learning needs of students and the digital era.

Analysis of teaching module development needs based on teaching factory (TEFA) to improve entrepreneurial characteristics

The aimed of this research was to analyze and describe the need for developing teaching-based modules of Teaching Factory (TEFA) to improve the characteristics of entrepreneurs who are ready to work and produce products that comply with industry standards to support the implementation of the independent curriculum. The research method used was research and development. This research focuses on identifying student teaching module needs that are expected to meet national curriculum standards and regional potential, involving an understanding of the educational context, industry demands, and student needs. The data collection techniques that the researchers used were observation, interview, and questionnaire. The research results indicated that there was a significant need to develop teaching modules so that they can accommodate diverse students’ needs customized to the level of difficulty and interest of students. Teaching modules should be designed to provide students with opportunities to develop 21st-century skills such as skills critical thinking, creativity, communication, and cooperation.

The needs for developing a simple financial report template to improve student understanding of simple business financial management

This research aimed to describe the development of a financial report template for economics learning at SMAN 19 Tebo. This research method was carried out using non-associative quantitative analysis. The sample consisted of 32 people from a population of 48 people. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The research results from the needs analysis showed that the indicator of interest in module templates (flipbook media) was 73% which is in the medium category. Indicator perception of learning motivation was 90% which is included in the very high category. Indicator perception of learning outcomes also showed a very high figure with 93%. Indicator perception regarding the use of module templates (flipbook media) to increase students’ understanding in learning financial reports showed a high figure with 89%. This showed that developing module templates using flipbook media can improve students’ learning understanding of financial reporting material at SMAN 19 Tebo.

The effect of classical guidance services and individual services on students motivation to continue to college

This research aimed to determine the measurement of the influence of classical tutoring services and individual services on guidance and counseling (BK) teaching methods in high schools in providing motivation for students to continue their education to college. The research method was carried out through distributing research questionnaires about classical services, individual services on student motivation. After the questionnaire results were collected and tabulated, analysis was then carried out using the multiple regression analysis method using SPSS 20. The research results revealed that classical services and individual services partially (together) had an influence on student motivation with a large influence. Still in the weak interval, with the classical service variable not having a significant influence.
